We offer a multitude of fun and motivating classes that allow you to work out alone or with friends. Our trainers are highly educated and will make sure you give your all.  At one end of the spectrum, we have intro classes for beginners to gym-life, but we also cater to the more seasoned, body hardened loonies. Admittedly, those classes are basically a torture chamber for an hour or so, but surprisingly a lot come back to those each and every time! The sessions are:
